Hello Everybody,

I thank everyone on this group, who took the pains of

posting their visa experiences. They were of great help in building

the confidence level to face the real interview.

My slot was on July 5th @ 8:15 AM . As you might have gone

thru the pre-processing and checking procedures many times

previously, i am directly to the main part of the interview. I was

interviewed by a lady officer of age about 40.

VO: Hello..

ME: Hello Ma'am. How are you?

VO: Fine. Give me your folder?

ME: Sure ma'am.

VO: I need your under graduation memos, GRE and TOEFL Score cards.

ME: sure ma`am. (gave them)

Typed something.

VO: what is your aggregate percentage ?

ME: 81% ma'am.

VO: Any backlogs?

ME: No ma'am . Never had any.

VO: What is your father?

ME: told.

VO: What is ur mother?

ME: told.

VO: How will you fund your self ?

ME: I have a savings of.... (stopped me)

VO: other than your savings.

ME: told abt property and agricultural lands.

VO : what do u grow in those lands.

ME: mostly paddy.

VO: Ok . I am issuing your visa. You will get it in three days.

ME: thank you, Thank You very much.

It lasted for a minute or so. I am heading to Arizona State

University,  EE Department.
