My visa experience:

My interview is at 11.00am .VO is a lady.

ME: good morning. How’s the day?

VO: fine. How r u?

ME: doing good.

VO: looking at my i20 and asked why computer science?

ME: my under graduate is in computer science itself. In it i thought that i have to gain more knowledge on some of my interesting subjects.

VO: that’s fine. What is your father?

ME:my father is a government teacher working from past 20 years.

VO: how would u support your education?

ME: I have a bank bal of.......lakhs and etc... and i also mentioned that i have half of my education fees as stiphend.

VO: ok, can i see your mark sheets

ME: gave the Mark sheets.

VO: do u have any backlogs (she is counting the mark sheets and asks) 

ME: i said no

VO: what's your percentage?

ME: its 78% and i am the top 3 % of my class

VO: your visa is issued and u will collect your passport in 3 business days

ME: Thank you have a great day...

I think my academics helped me in issuing of visa.
