I got my visa on nov 14th....UTSA

Bank balance:9.86lacks
Fd's:6 lacks for 1 month
Loan:15lacks
Moveable:7 lacks
Immovable:190 lacks

I was the 9-12 person in the students line for F1 visa....They have separted the students and vistors and made all students to form a new line in front of the some lady VO....
She was very libertly giving the visas..espically how have the good acds....means 70%+ like that
Then suddenly an new visa officer opened her counter....I was the 6-7 in the line...there was a person before me.. who was also to the same unviersity....I thought it was not safe for me both back to back same unvier....the person in counsulate told few others before to take a new new line....But ppl before me hestited to go to new visa officer....I took a step forward and when to new visa officer...

she saw me from a distance and had a smile on her face at seeing me...even i also gave her neat smile on my face( maskaaaaa)...I was the second in her line.....The person before me got the visa....I think hew was going to lamar uvnier....nad aslo got funding for that unviersity...Then My turn...morning 7:30 batch

Me: Good morning Mam!!.....With a huge smile on my face
VO: Good morning....How are u doing??
Me: 5n mam thank u....and passed on the folder
VO: Said UTSA...how did u kown abt these uvniersi?
ME: Told the answer which i prepared
VO: Give me indivula marks memo's
ME: Gave her all the memos i even gave her the migration ceritficate also...
VO: Seeing the certificate asked wht is this migrationceritificate....
ME: As i am plannning to move from one unviersity to another uvniers...The unviers which i am planning requires these migration ceritficate accorind the rules of the unvier....and your unvier issues these ceritifcate saying that we have no objection for these......
VO: hmmmmm....had a look at indivdual marks memo's nad counted the memo's i had 2 backlogs...
ME: Told imm i had cleared them imme next attempt with 80 and 69...
VO: Yaa i have seen that....Good....why haven't u clered in the 1st attempt itself...
ME: Mamm...my health did not premit me to do that mam...
VO: hmmm...ohk....give me your gre score card
ME: gave her the score card
VO: seen it 4-5 seconds....how many schools did u apply?
ME: 4 mam...and told names...
VO: Why UTSA??....Do u have any contact with the professors??
ME: TOLD THE ANSWER WHICH I PREPARED
VO: Howz funding your education
ME: MY father is sponsering mam...
VO: Wht is he doing??
ME: Mam!!!....My father is director and owner of the travelling company of Kanaka Durga Travels and he is being into these feild from 1986.WE manage and schedule vechiles for private and government organizations....we have a contracts from Genpeck,WIPRO,SATYAM...when on saying about my father's job....<< She was seeing me only...while i was telling...even i also maintained eye contact with her i allways  had smile on my face >>
VO: whts your annual income?
ME: ...7.80 lacks....<<3.50 from buss+2 lacls agriculure+ 1.80 lacks form rental income>>
VO: Do u father pay the IT returns??...
ME: s mam...and gave her the orginal IT retuns papers..saw it for 10-15 sec and gave back to me
VO: whts your bank balace?...something like these i heard...
ME: I am having...9.68 lacks as bank balance,15 eduactional loan,6 fd's mam!!.....
VO: Have u taken the loan....s mam...15 lacks...
ME: Would like to see the loan sancation letter
VO: Yaa...give me the letter...passed the letter to her...wht's the intreset??....and wht have u given as collatreal secuirty??
ME: told the answer very confidently....
VO: how are u going to pay back the loan...
ME: TOLD THE ANSWER WHICH I PREPARED
VO: OHK...keep your i20 safe...u need to show at the airport....and work hard...and returned back my i20 and kept my passport with her..
ME:Thank u mam...i will definatelt do that.....

The VO officer's are really friendly...They are sitting there 2 issue the visas for us...go and get your visa..Don't get tensed...offcourse even i was very tensed about the interview...but VO looking at me and smileing at me..my entire tension has gone..i felt very confident...Mine was big intreview when compared to other interviews...which lasted for 12-15 min....she asked allmost all q/s possible...if we answer accordinly...she is giving the visa's easily...some say that lady vo's are dangerous...i don't beleive that...they ask u many q/s...that's all...if we are well prepared we can easliy answer all those....

IF U R TAKING THE LOAN JUST KNOW FEW IMPORTANT Q/S...
1>WHT'S THE INTRESET?
2>HOW DID U GET THE LOAN AND WHT HAVE KEPT THE COLLATRELA SECURITY?
3>HOW ARE GOING TO REPAY BACK THE LOAN?...VO HAS ASKED ME ALL THESE 3 Q/S....I HAVE PREPARED WELL FOR THESE ANSWERS...

MY SUGGESTION FOR BOYS:

1>WEAR A GOOD SHIRT...WHICH REALLY HELPS YOU....

2>GO TO THE VO WITH A SMILELING FACE...

3>WISH THE OFFICER...

4>PPL WITH BACKLOGS PREPARE WELL....A DEFINATE Q/S WHY BACKLOGS...EVEN I HAD 2...TAKE SOME UNIQUE ANSWER...DONT JST SAY HEALTH PROBLMES LIKE THAT...THE PERSON NEXT TO MY COUNTER HAD 14 BACKLOGS...HE SIMPLY JUST TOLD HEALTH PROBLEMS...DON'T SAY LIKE THAT...PREPARE FOR some GOOD UNIQUE ANSWER...
