Overall Test Tactics

• To be result oriented have a target score
• Do a quick review of your answer choices before moving on to the next question.
• In TOEFL and GRE you cannot skip any question, and you cannot go back after you have answered a question
• Don’t take more than a minute or two for any question
• Use the process of elimination to cross out wrong answers
• Carry a reliable watch to time yourself
• You must have the confirmation letter from the ETS / IDP as the case may be.
• Carry a couple of IDs to the test centre
• Make sure at least one of the photos is recent
• Don’t take a calculator or any electronic devices to the exam centre
• ETS Examinations (GRE & TOEFL) will allow you to send score reports to 4 Universities, Free of Cost. Have knowledge of Universities, suitable to your score.
