• The accent, intonation and the pronunciation are neutral
• Get familiar to the standard academic language used in the Common Wealth Countries
• To get a neutral accent while speaking listen to the informal and formal speeches of the native speakers
• Use cohesive devices (however, moreover, like), to speak coherently and in an organized manner.
•  For  the speaking use all the prompts given to you thoroughly to optimize your band
• Take pauses at the right places, to allow the listener to absorb your opinion
• Be precise,  direct and to the points
• Your body language must  be assertive and confident
