commenced in second half of 1980. Independent task based applications were
developed on mini-computers using RM
COBOL & UNIX OS by CMC Ltd., India in their program development. Appointed as Assistant in Accounts & Finance Department in 1978
and after exhausting various departmental promotions succeeded to the post of

Payable), 51B Cash Book (Accounts Receivable), PWD-4 (a Cash book used for
internal disbursements), Journal Entries, Payment of Staff Advances and
maintenance of subsidiary registers, Maintenance of Funds Register and Bank
Reconciliation, Calculation and remittances of IT of Employees and TDS of job
contractors, Inter Bus Depot Transactions and their accounting, Preparation of
Trial Balance, Account Current, General Ledger, P&L Statement and
preparation of all relevant reports, preparation of Budget, estimates and
revised Budget Estimates of the Depot.

establishment of new Bus Depots, their feasibility report and their
profitability projections, study of proposed New Bus Routes and their
feasibility report, suggestions received from Public and their feasibility
report and intimating the same to the concerned.
Working in Accounts Officer (Chassis
& Bodies) section at Corporate Office, Hyderabad since 2005 to till date. Job includes passing of Bus Body &
Chassis bills, calculation of depreciation of all the vehicles of Corporation
and intimation of unit wise CPK (cost per KM) to the respective Bus Depots to
book into their monthly accounts, maintenance of Asset Register (New vehicles
Received, scrapping and sale of old vehicles) and Depreciation Register of all
vehicles.
Preparation of Budget to production
centers (Non-profit centers) like Tyre Retrading shops, Work shops and Bus Body Building Unit
whose cost will be absorbed by the services availing units.
Auditing of Bus repair bills and
recommending for concurrence for the expenses claimed by the out sourcing firms
for the repairs carried out to accident vehicles of APSRTC.
