Applications :
• The mathematical models that describe chemical reaction kinetics provide chemists and chemical engineers with tools to better understand and describe chemical processes
• The mathematical models can be used to study the interrelation of heat and work with chemical reactions
 
Solid state Chemistry and Physics Solid-state chemistry is the study of the synthesis, structure, and physical properties of solid materials. It therefore has a strong overlap with solid-state physics which is the study of rigid matter, or solids.
